Recruitment (80%)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing to meet the hiring needs of all departments.
- Proactively build and expand a diverse talent pipeline through various online platforms and professional networks to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.
- Design and produce engaging recruitment content (posters, social media posts, …) to attract potential candidates and enhance the hotel’s professional image.
- Stay updated on industry recruitment trends and competitor benefits to suggest effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, vocational centers, and recruitment agencies to expand sourcing channels.
- Lead the entire onboarding process, including document preparation and conducting orientation for new hires.
- Monitor and support new members during their 2-month probation period.
- Assist in delivering training orientations or providing guidance as required.
- Update the Organizational Chart promptly to reflect any changes.
- Organize and prepare logistics for training sessions, including facilities, equipment, and materials.
- Support the planning and execution of staff activities, corporate events, and internal movements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment progress and source effectiveness.
C&B Support & Admin (20%)
- Maintain and update employee profiles and HR records
- Support the C&B team with monthly attendance tracking, labor contract renewals, and related administrative documents as assigned.
- Handle HR-related administration and provide support for other departmental tasks as assigned.
