1. Hỗ trợ Tuyển dụng
• Đăng tin tuyển dụng trên các kênh tuyển dụng phổ biến như VietnamWorks,CareerBuilder, và các nhóm mạng xã hội chuyên về việc làm.
• Sàng lọc hồ sơ ứng viên, thực hiện các bước liên hệ, hẹn lịch phỏng vấn và theo dõi tình hình ứng viên.
• Phối hợp với các phòng ban để hiểu rõ yêu cầu tuyển dụng cho từng vị trí, hỗ trợ quy trình phỏng vấn và đánh giá ứng viên phù hợp.
• Hoàn tất các thủ tục nhận việc cho nhân viên mới, đảm bảo quá trình gia nhập công ty được suôn sẻ.
2. Quản lý Hồ sơ Nhân viên và Hợp đồng Lao động
Quản lý, lưu trữ và cập nhật thông tin hồ sơ nhân viên một cách hệ thống và bảo mật.
Theo dõi và chuẩn bị hợp đồng lao động, gia hạn hoặc kết thúc hợp đồng khi cần.
Xử lý các thủ tục nhân sự như thôi việc, thay đổi thông tin cá nhân, thăng chức, và các thủ tục khác liên quan.
• Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về lưu trữ hồ sơ và bảo mật thông tin nhân viên theo luật pháp và quy định công ty.
3. Hỗ trợ Hành chính và Các Hoạt động Nội bộ
• Hỗ trợ tổ chức các hoạt động nội bộ như sinh nhật nhân viên, hoạt động team building, hội thảo và các buổi đào tạo nội bộ nhằm gắn kết và xây dựng văn hóa công ty.
• Phối hợp cùng các bộ phận liên quan để quản lý các văn phòng phẩm, cơ sở vật chất cho nhân viên.
• Hỗ trợ trong việc tổ chức các cuộc họp, sự kiện nội bộ, chuẩn bị tài liệu và các hoạt động hậu cần khác.
4. Hỗ trợ Phúc lợi và Chính sách Nhân viên
• Tư vấn và hỗ trợ nhân viên trong các vấn đề liên quan đến chế độ phúc lợi, bảo hiểm, và các quy định của công ty.
• Phối hợp với bộ phận tài chính và các đơn vị liên quan để đảm bảo nhân viên được hưởng đầy đủ quyền lợi và phúc lợi theo chính sách công ty và luật lao động.
• Lắng nghe và tiếp nhận các thắc mắc của nhân viên, hỗ trợ giải đáp hoặc chuyển tiếp đến bộ phận liên quan để xử lý.

Sử dụng phương pháp phát triển theo mô hình nguyên tử cho việc triển khai ứng dụng di động. Phát triển các ứng dụng đáp ứng yêu cầu về lượng truy cập cao và tính khả dụng cao. Thiết kế các ứng dụng tối ưu hóa cho trải nghiệm người dùng trên iOS và Android. Ưu tiên hiệu suất và độ ổn định khi thiết kế cho các đợt tăng đột biến về lưu lượng truy cập. Thiết kế, xây dựng và duy trì kiến trúc và mã nguồn hiệu quả, có thể tái sử dụng và đáng tin cậy. Tạo và sử dụng các gói Dart/Flutter, plugins, widgets và quản lý trạng thái. Cải thiện trải nghiệm người dùng toàn cầu bằng cách triển khai tính năng đa ngôn ngữ và khả năng tiếp cận. Phát triển UI/UX theo hướng dẫn thiết kế Figma.
