Xây dựng và quản lý cơ sở tri thức (knowledge base) cho Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), bao gồm thu thập dữ liệu, embedding vector, và tích hợp với các vector databases để nâng cao độ chính xác của mô hình AI. Triển khai và quản lý AI Gateway để làm middleware kết nối, bảo mật và giám sát các dịch vụ AI, đảm bảo routing yêu cầu, kiểm soát truy cập, và theo dõi usage của các mô hình LLM. Đánh giá, tối ưu hóa mô hình AI để giảm thiểu rủi ro, đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về bảo mật dữ liệu (GDPR, PDPA, hoặc các luật Việt Nam liên quan), và xử lý các vấn đề đạo đức AI.
