- Oversee Dien May Xanh sell-in, sell-out, inventory, and relevant KPIs to achieve positive growth for Washing Machine and Dish Washer products.- Initiate and manage promotion programs, including counter-actions against competitors, to timely drive Sellout.- Conduct PSI planning (by total and region) to optimize product availability, sales performance, and inventory management. - Develop flooring targets and lead execution with an optimization strategy.
