• Phân tích nghiệp vụ & quy trình o Tiếp xúc, trao đổi với khách hàng để phân tích khoảng cách (GAP) giữa quy trình hiện tại của sản phẩm và yêu cầu thực tế theo tiêu chuẩn nghiệp vụ bệnh viện/phòng khám. o Phân tích và mô tả workflow/dataflow để phục vụ việc nâng cấp tính năng, xây dựng báo cáo chuẩn theo QĐ 2429/BYT và các tiêu chuẩn ngành khác (nếu có). o Phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ cho các module chuyên sâu của phần mềm LIS như: Quản lý nội kiểm (QC), Tủ máu, Vi sinh, Quản lý hóa chất và các modules mở rộng trong tương lai. • Tài liệu hóa & hỗ trợ phát triển o Viết tài liệu phân tích đặc tả yêu cầu (BRS/SRS/…) cho toàn bộ quy trình LIS: Trước xét nghiệm – Trong xét nghiệm – Sau xét nghiệm. o Thiết kế Use Case, phối hợp xây dựng prototype/mockup/wireframe với PO và Designer. o Hỗ trợ nghiệp vụ cho Dev và Tester trong suốt quá trình phát triển và kiểm thử. Đào tạo & chuyển giao o Hướng dẫn người dùng cuối sử dụng hệ thống, bao gồm thao tác phần mềm và các khái niệm nghiệp vụ cơ bản trong lĩnh vực xét nghiệm và phạm vi của phần mềm. o Chuẩn bị tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng, quy trình thao tác và tài liệu đào tạo.o Đào tạo nội bộ cho team phát triển, kiểm thử, thiết kế về quy trình xét nghiệm và nghiệp vụ y tế liên quan. • Quản lý & điều phối hỗ trợ o Đánh giá sản phẩm, phối hợp với Tester để đảm bảo chất lượng phần mềm. o Phân công lịch trực tuần cho Tester, hỗ trợ điều phối team hỗ trợ khách hàng khi có sự vụ. o Review testcase, test plan. o Nhận báo cáo hàng ngày từ team Tester, đánh giá và báo cáo lại cho PO/PM. o Phân luồng và quản lý công việc trong nội bộ team Tester để đảm bảo tiến độ khi cần thiết
