Design and maintain the technical architecture of assigned Fintech product(s) and related cloud infrastructure (microservices, event-driven, cloud-native).Analyze both functional and non-functional requirements to produce high-quality architecture and solution design documents.Evaluate the business impact of technical decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the product.Lead technical improvement initiatives, identify and address technical debt, and drive necessary refactoring activities.Explore and apply emerging technologies relevant to the Fintech domain to enhance developer productivity and system performance.Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Security, and Engineering teams to align on solution direction and delivery priorities.Mentor development teams in applying best practices in software architecture, domain-driven design (DDD), API design, and infrastructure usage.

– Xử lý các vấn đề phản hồi của khách hàng.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the platform development lifecycle, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. 1) Mở rộng, tìm kiếm Đại lý mới (ngành nội thất ô tô), giao tiếp thường xuyên với hệ thống Đại lý hiện tại để phát triển mối quan hệ nhằm đạt được mục tiêu doanh số.

2) Khảo sát, phân tích tình hình hiện tại của từng Đại lý theo khu vực quản lý, từ đó đề xuất chiến lược marketing, bán hàng (tư vấn các sản phẩm phù hợp cho từng Đại lý: Màn hình Android, hệ thống âm thanh, vật liệu cách âm chống ồn, camera hành trình,...vv).

3) Đảm bảo doanh số được giao và lập kế hoạch thực hiện để đạt được mục tiêu doanh số.

4) Chuẩn bị báo giá, soạn hợp đồng cho Đại lý.

5) Chăm sóc Đại lý sau bán hàng.

6) Phân tích tình hình thị trường hàng tháng và xu hướng ngành phụ kiện ô tô và / hoặc doanh số bán hàng của ngành, lập báo cáo cho ban lãnh đạo.

7) Báo cáo kết quả bán hàng định kỳ tuần/ tháng/ quý/ năm.

Phân tích yêu cầu hệ thống, tài liệu BES / SRS / Use Case để xây dựng test case, test scenario phù hợp. Thiết kế và thực thi các case kiểm thử thủ công (manual test) cho các tính năng, module của sản phẩm. Phối hợp chặt chẽ với team phát triển (Dev) để kiểm tra, xác minh lỗi và xác nhận khi lỗi đã được khắc phục. Thực hiện nhiều loại kiểm thử: → Functional test, UI/UX test, Regression test, Smoke test, Sanity test, Integration test. Ghi nhận lỗi chi tiết trên Jira, quản lý tiến độ fix bug, xác minh lại sau khi dev xử lý. Viết báo cáo kiểm thử, test summary report và cập nhật kết quả kiểm thử định kỳ. Tham gia đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm trước khi release / go-live. Phối hợp cùng PO, BA, Dev và Design để đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt chất lượng và trải nghiệm người dùng tốt nhất.
