Job Description About the Role/position  Scrum Master is responsible for coordinating and managing the release trains in an agile environment. They will act as a Project Manager, coaching and supporting the implementation of more effective ways of working and using Agile methodology. Overall, the Release Train Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of software releases and driving business outcomes in an Agile environment.  Responsibilities:  These are some of the responsibilities that we would expect you to be able to have experience delivering.  Facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) processes and execution, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders. Coordinate and facilitate the planning, prioritization, and execution of program increments (PIs) and releases. Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to ensure that the release train is meeting its objectives and delivering value to customers. Identify and resolve any dependencies, issues, or risks that may impact the timely delivery of the release train. Provide visibility and transparency into the progress and health of the release train by tracking key performance metrics and reporting on status to leadership. Coach and mentor team members on agile practices, principles, and methodologies to drive continuous improvement and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, resources, and deliverables. Support the implementation and adoption of agile practices within the organization. Serve as a servant leader and facilitator to promote collaboration, communication, and teamwork within the release train.

• Quản lý, chăm sóc danh mục KHƯT được giao định kỳ và đánh giá được hiệu quả danh mục khách hàng;• Xây dựng mạng lưới khách hàng, mở rộng quan hệ từ tệp khách hàng có sẵn để khai thác và tìm kiếm các khách hàng tiềm năng;• Khai thác thông tin, phân tích và đánh giá các sản phẩm/dịch vụ khách hàng đang sử dụng để am hiểu toàn diện nhu cầu tài chính của khách hàng;• Tư vấn các sản phẩm dành cho khách hàng KHƯT bao gồm: tiết kiệm, bảo hiểm, Bất đồng sản hàng hiệu, ngoại tệ (FX), thẻ tín dụng,..;• Liên tục cập nhật cho KH các tính năng mới, lợi ích mới của sản phẩm dịch vụ khách hàng đang sử dụng, các chính sách, quy định có tác động đến tài sản KH và thông tin thay đổi của thị trường, xu thế;• Ghi nhận & phản hồi ý kiến của khách hàng về sản phẩm dịch vụ và đề xuất các giải pháp để nâng cao tiêu chuẩn chất lượng dịch vụ cho khách hàng ưu tiên (Được đào tạo về sản phẩm, quy định của ngân hàng trước khi vào làm việc);
