3. Hỗ trợ cung cấp dữ liệu & báo cáo phân tích số liệu tuyển dụng & nhân sự:

• Phát triển công cụ, hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu và báo cáo tuyển dụng phục vụ các hoạt động đối tác nhân sự và tuyển dụng
• Tổng hợp thông tin và dữ liệu trên hệ thống và ngoài hệ thống theo yêu cầu
• Xây dựng dashboard, báo cáo định kỳ phục vụ quản lý và ra quyết định.

4. Làm đầu mối trao đổi với IT và/hoặc các đối tác cung cấp hệ thống, công nghệ phục vụ hoạt động tuyển dụng
