1. key responsibility of:
- Working closely with Channel Sales Manager-Export to execute the approved marketing activities in line with brand objectives
- Interact with consumers to provide relevant information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about our products and services as needed.
- The position will also takes care of the standard reports and processes in managing the brand (eg. Tracking, events execution, competitive monitoring, POP materials management etc).
2. Job Responsibility:
Sales and Marketing Management
• Develop and implement approved Sales/Marketing activities
Sampling activities at relevant touch points such as in-store, on ground & etc
Work closely with Sales Team(Internal and External) and Agency on sampling activities plan inclusive of stock requirement, target outlets/locations, delivery, and other necessity works.
Work with respective agencies to develop sampling tools , communication materials to support the sampling activities
Implement, follow through and fulfillment for the “call for action” initiatives.
POSM / Merchandising Materials / Brand Imagery
This includes briefing the advertising agency on the message to be portrayed.
Follow through the process of developing the artwork to final stage, which includes obtaining the best quotation for the printing of the POSM
Work closely with sales on the quantities / outlet allocations
Delivery / installation arrangement.
In-store activation/Consumer Engagement activities such as roadshows & events.
Work closely with Agencies and Sales on the right channels/outlets selection, to ensure efficient execution.
Work with agency to develop communication materials to support the activities.
Evaluation of the effectiveness of the brand activities.
Trade/Consumer Promotion Management
Work closely with Sales to plan and implement Trade/Consumer promotion.
Evaluate current action.
• A&P budget
Monitor and manage each of the sales/marketing activities to be spent within the A&P budget allocated.
• Others
Monitor, review, analyze competitor activities such as pricing, communication, launch/relaunch
Marketing activities monitoring & update
Sampling order and forecast submission
Works directly with the local agency partners (advertising, media, BTL activities) on project executions and implementation
