1. Vận Hành• Giám sát tình trạng của các thiết bị của tòa nhà;• Thực hiện công tác bảo trì, sửa chữa, bảo dưỡng các hệ thống thiết bị;• Thi công lắp đặt mới hoặc di dời, cải tạo hệ thống, thiết bị trong tòa nhà khi cần;• Duy trì sự vận hành hệ thống kỹ thuật ở điều kiện tốt nhất.2. Bảo trì, bảo dưỡng:• Thực hiện bảo trì, bảo dưỡng theo kế hoạch định kỳ các thiết bị và hệ thống Phòng cháy chữa cháy, hệ thống điện, cấp thoát nước, kết cấu xây dựng cơ bản;• Tiếp nhận thông tin yêu cầu sửa chữa phát sinh từ phía các phòng ban, bộ phận và lên kế hoạch bảo trì bảo dưỡng, sữa chữa theo đúng tiến độ;• Theo dõi và cập nhật tình trạng và hồ sơ hệ thống, thiết bị điện, chiếu sáng, cấp thoát nước, hệ thống điều hòa, thang máy.• Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của trưởng đơn vị.

A/ Develop New Product: 1) Do Market survey, Customers Survey (OMT, CLT, FGD), check Product quality in shelf-life period (in Market condition, in extreme condition),... work with MKT and Managers to build up new ideas and direction prototype. Cooperate with MKT team to evaluate Prototype sample quality and set up next plan. Discuss with MKT, Production, COO to approve Product factory quality.2) Work on Lab to set up Prototype products. Set up final recipe and calculate Ingredients cost, product cost 3) Make product Label with QA, FQS 4) Estimate Production process, production parameter and capacity. Work with another department (Marketing, Production, Engineer, Purchase) to set up the plan for Trial test in factory and launching time. 5) Do trial test product in factory. Do final Customer survey with factory product to check Customer opinions. 6) Training and transfer Product Standard to production team B/ Research and Improve Product quality:1) Find out issue to improve (Material, Machine, Process…) 2) Work on Lab to check effect of improve material 3) Discuss with Manager to evaluate improved sample quality and set up next plan (improve more or do customer survey) 4) Test new ingredient into product in factory or Test to improve process 5) Make proposal to approve New ingredient, modified process for product and send to related team 6) Update Product Standard process, ingredient list for Production team 7) Check New ingredient quality & product quality periodically after apply new ingredient, modified process to make sure product quality stable C/ Duplicate raw material & sub-material:1) Searching new supplier, depend on quality and cost2) Duplicate raw material, parallel supplier to cost down D/ Other tasks:1) Prepare the new raw material documents, send to QA department and related department2) Make the packaging inscription, send to QA department and MKT department3) Understand about Food law and update new Food law4) Double check the label together with QA, MKT team5) To conduct literature search independently, analyse information, summarise findings and recommend next steps with guidance.6) Do other jobs follow manager request

*JOB SUMMARY: Contribute to the set-up as well as implementation of Osprey quality standards internally and at vendors and suppliers during commercialization and first launch of each new style.*PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Commercialization Technician is responsible for facilitating the transition of product designs into successful commercial production by coordinating and monitoring the quality aspects of the product and process. This role will require close collaboration with various teams, both internally and externally, to ensure the products meet quality standards and are ready for mass production. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP): Assist in the implementation and maintenance of APQP processes to ensure the effective planning and execution of quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.1. Product and Process Validation:• Proto Sample Development: Contribute comments and insights during the development of proto samples, collaborating with Designers, Sample Room, and Developers during the DDPR3 meeting.• Buy Ready Sample (BRS): Monitor and inspect the BRS-making process in coordination with Developers and Vendors, ensuring that it aligns with established quality standards.• Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA): Assist in setting up processes to proactively identify and address potential quality issues.• Pilot Samples: Request and inspect these samples before the Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) held at factories, providing feedback in a timely manner before bulk production.2. Production: First launchEnsure that the first launch of new styles matches the approved BRS and complies with general quality standards.• Material inspection: review raw materials before bulk production.• TOP Products Examination: Verify their compliance with quality standards.• Inline inspection: Work closely with all relevant departments to meet Osprey quality requirements. • Final Inspection: AQL standards and provide detailed reports.• Quality Issue Resolution: Identify the root causes of quality issues as they arise and work on implementing necessary changes and improvements.• Change Request Handling: Release change requests when necessary.• Production Package: Build and transfer production documents, approved samples to the QC team after the first production launch.3. Others:• Quality Coordination: Coordinate with the QC team to guarantee the quality of mass production and address any quality concerns.• Vendor and Supplier Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers that promote mutual benefit and uphold quality standards.• Business Travel: as required to support production activities.

Scope of work for this position: electronics circuit (40%), embedded software (40%), mechanical design (20%)- Lead a team of engineers in the development of digital, analog, and mixed circuitry for devices/modules based on a modern accessible element base.- Develop circuit diagrams, specifications, and topology of PCB for mass-produced products and specialized technological equipment used in mass production.- Select electronic component base and ensure compatibility with design requirements.- Debug and test prototypes and prototypes, working closely with programmers and testers to launch product prototypes.- Oversee PCB layout for the developed circuits.- Participate in the assembly, debugging, and testing of the developed equipment.- Prepare products for mass production and provide support for existing developments.- Issue design documentation for assembled PCBs.- Develop firmware for microcontrollers, including analytical description of the program code, development of description, block diagrams, and program algorithms.- Work to improve the quality of the program code and identify and eliminate errors in existing code.- Develop auxiliary software for testing the created code (autotests).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.- Manage Mechanical design team

• Tiếp nhận data được cung cấp sẳn, KHÔNG CẦN PHẢI TÌM KIẾM DATA gọi ra tư vấn cung ứng cho những khách hàng đã có nhu cầu sử dụng dịch vụ VIETTEL để khách hàng đăng ký và sử dụng các gói cước DaTa và chuyển đổi từ thuê bao trả trước sang trả sau. Khai thác và mở rộng nhu cầu của khách hàng nhiều hơn để tăng hoa hồng ( mức hoa hồng bán hàng không giới hạn).
• Gọi ra tư vấn các gói dịch vụ cố định: internet, truyền hình, điện thoại cố định,... thu trước khách hàng đóng trước 6 tháng hoặc 12 tháng, nâng cấp các gói tốc độ Wifi cho khách hàng đang sử dụng tại VIETTEL
•Tư vấn gói khuyến mãi cho khách hàng mới sử dụng các gói dịch vụ đóng cước trước.
