Địa điểm làm việc: Dự Án của Công ty tại xã Vĩnh Thái, TP. Nha Trang, Khánh Hòa
- Tiếp nhận, thực hiện chỉ đạo từ công ty.
- Bố trí ca trực, điều phối, sắp xếp công việc cho nhân viên tại khu game.
- Kiểm tra, giám sát, đôn đốc việc thực hiện của nhân viên.
- Kiểm tra báo cáo, thu - chi, xuất nhập tồn kho, lưu trữ hồ sơ tại khu game.
- Gửi báo cáo về công ty định kỳ.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards.
- Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
- Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities.
- Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments.
- Communicate issues to next shift.
- Complete required paperwork.

- Meet and greet clients, conduct property site inspection and promote facilities and services.
- Coordinate with event planners, partners specific groups requirements with the services and facilities offered.

• Supervises and manages employees. Manages all day-to-day operations. Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence.
