Participate in building, maintaining, and improving the test strategy and plan for the ERP project, ensuring high test coverage.Take primary responsibility for the quality of one or more critical modules in the ERP system (Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Human Resources, etc.).Guide, train, and support junior QC/Testers, providing direction on building test cases and conducting tests using the correct methodology.Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Development Leads to assess risks, plan testing, create test schedules, and manage the entire testing process.Design and execute manual or automated tests, ensuring optimal use of resources and time while meeting quality requirements.Monitor, supervise, and handle issues that arise during testing; analyze, prioritize, and manage defects to optimize team efficiency.Evaluate test results and participate in code reviews (if necessary) to ensure the ERP system meets functional, stability, and performance requirements.Collaborate closely with the Accounting/Finance team (or reference standard accounting procedures) to build test cases for financial and accounting tasks (AR, AP, GL, etc.).Participate in process improvements, proposing the adoption or upgrade of automation tools if suitable, ensuring the project meets deadlines.Provide regular progress reports on testing quality to the project management team (PM) and stakeholders, suggesting solutions to minimize risks during implementation.
