- Đầu mối xử lý khi các phòng ban gởi bug, sai số liệu báo cáo ... cần hỗ trợ:
- Tiếp nhận thông tin yêu cầu, lỗi của các quy trình liên quan hệ thống qua tất cả các kênh.
- Làm việc tiếp với đội BA, ( DEV nếu cần) để giải quyết vấn đề.
- Trả kết quả cuối về cho phòng ban yêu cầu
- Tiếp nhận báo lỗi từ trung tâm hỗ trợ vận hành shop vấn đề liên quan hệ thống, hạ tầng.
- Làm việc với các đối tác liên quan các vấn đề cần đối soát dữ liệu hệ thống.
- Tiếp nhận, triển khai các quy trình trên toàn công ty.
- Theo dõi tiến độ xử lý các task của BA.
- Cảnh báo sớm các nguy cơ, rủi ro, các vấn đề nghiêm trọng
- Trong quá trình hỗ trợ phòng ban, có thể đề xuất các cải tiến cho các quy trình đã chạy trên
hệ thống đạt hiệu quả hơn, phối hợp với Phòng tối ưu quy trình của QA
- Các công việc khác theo sự phân công từ Trưởng bộ phận.

Trực tiếp livestream bán hàng trên các nền tảng TMĐT & MXH (TikTok, Shopee Live, Facebook Live…), ưu tiên ngành thời trang, thể thao, FMCG.
Xây dựng kịch bản livestream: giới thiệu sản phẩm, chương trình khuyến mãi, CTA chốt đơn hiệu quả.
Phối hợp với bộ phận Nội dung/Marketing chuẩn bị sản phẩm, hình ảnh, đạo cụ, layout livestream.
Tương tác với khách hàng trong suốt phiên live: trả lời comment, xử lý thắc mắc, thúc đẩy quyết định mua hàng.
Theo dõi và phân tích chỉ số livestream (view, tương tác, doanh thu, tỷ lệ chuyển đổi), đề xuất phương án cải thiện.
Cập nhật xu hướng livestream, thuật toán nền tảng, cách dẫn dắt & chốt đơn mới.
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý trực tiếp.

Position Summary:
The Rewards Club Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Rewards Club Manager and Assistant Manager in leading a high-performing guest service team. The role oversees daily operations, staff coaching, and guest interactions to ensure that the Club environment is welcoming, efficient, and aligned with COSMO’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily shift activities and allocate duties to Hosts and Representatives.
• Act as the main point of contact during assigned shifts for any escalated guest issues.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure personalized guest experiences.
• Guide and assist guests with Rewards Club services and promotions.
• Support membership registration and ensure accuracy of guest data.
• Train and mentor new and existing team members on service protocols and club operations.

• Monitor reception area for cleanliness, readiness, and guest traffic flow.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of club promotions and special events.

Position Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. This role often works on cross-functional teams and is responsible for turning the project team’s goals into concrete success.
