- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth arrival, stay, and departure experience.
- Build positive relationships with guests and anticipate their needs.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct guest engagement activities and follow up on special requests.
- Monitor online reviews, guest feedback, and satisfaction scores.
- Assist in VIP guest arrangements, special occasions, and personalized experiences.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update guest preferences in the system.
- Support upselling opportunities and promote hotel services and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and brand guidelines.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated 12/12 and related degree.
- Have 6-12 months experience in receptionist, concierge,…3-5 star hotel/resort scale.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Hardworking, diligent, honest, careful, enthusiastic and good team support
- Discipline and positive attitude
