Mô Tả Công Việc
- Develop and execute sales plans in line with the resort’s business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and manage the Sales team (Sales Executives, Sales Coordinators).
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities from multiple market segments (Corporate, MICE, OTA, Government, etc.).
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotions and branding campaigns.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and partners.
- Prepare revenue reports, forecasts, and sales analysis for management.
- Ensure achievement or overachievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a Sales Manager or similar position in 4–5 star hotels/resorts.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality sales markets, especially Corporate, MICE, and OTA.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership and team management ability.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Other languages are a plus.
- Strong client network within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
