- Execute sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve business targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, travel agents, and key partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market segments.
- Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Manage digital channels, social media, and brand communications to enhance market visibility.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and report on results.
- Coordinate closely with Operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Hospitality, Resort, Hotel, or F&B industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, social media, and market trends.
- Ability to develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office
