- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the resort’s business goals.
- Supervise all HR functions including Recruitment, Training & Development, C&B (Compensation & Benefits), Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
- Build and manage the annual manpower plan and headcount (staffing structure) in line with operational needs and budget constraints.
- Prepare and control the HR & Admin budget, ensuring all activities and expenditures are within approved financial limits.
- Maintain and update organizational structures, job descriptions, and competency frameworks.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Build and promote a positive working environment and company culture.
- Advise the Management Board on HR policies, manpower planning, and organizational development.
Administration Management
- Oversee general administrative operations: office management, documentation, company assets, security, housekeeping, and uniforms.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, workplace regulations.
- Liaise with government authorities for labor, insurance, and other HR-related matters.
Reporting and Control
- Prepare monthly HR reports including headcount, turnover, payroll summary, and recruitment updates.
- Monitor HR budget and manpower costs.
- Propose improvements to HR policies, systems, and internal procedures.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role in a 4–5-star hotel or resort.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Personal Income Tax regulations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
