This role will involve regular interaction with architects, contractors, project developers, and other stakeholders in both commercial and residential construction projects.1. Sales & Business Development• Drive the sales of KCS (Knauf Ceiling Solutions) and Aquapanel products to key customers within the construction industry, focusing on delivering innovative and high-quality solutions for interior and exterior applications• Identify and target new business opportunities in construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers to increase sales and project opportunities• Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.• Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, explaining the benefits and applications of ceiling systems and Aquapanel2. Project Management Support• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products on construction sites• Provide support and product specifications to project teams during the design, estimation, and procurement phases of construction projects.• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to ceiling solutions and aquapanel installations3. Customer Relationship Management• Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, project updates, and issues related to ceiling solutions and aquapanel• Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability for the company4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis• Keep up with market trends, competitor offerings, and innovations in the ceiling industry and Aquapanel solutions• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and potential opportunities for growth5. Reporting & Administration• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, project statuses, and customer interactions in the OneCRM system• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and project updates for the manager• Monitor and ensure adherence to sales budgets and project timelines6. Other tasks assigned by line manager
