As the Innovation Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the charge on innovative product development, leveraging emerging technologies and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. We don’t digitalize clumsy processes, but bring them to the next level (perhaps having less processes is actually better – it’s your call) Deliver stuff, digital stuff: Lead (and own the success of) the development of those innovative product ideas and concepts, leveraging emerging technologies and trends (either from the market or Heineken Global). Development teams can be in-house, our Innovation dev hub, or external partner and Global partner, or can buy / rent a technology entirely. It’s up to you! Understand the customers / users: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences and use this knowledge to drive the development of products that resonate with our target audience. Depending on projects, users can be a normal beer drinker, or an accountant doing manual work, or a retail owner who barely knows about tech & app. That’s the exciting part of the job. Be the connector: Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the development of innovative products and services, using Agile methodologies and tools. Champion the Innovation: Keep in touch with the world to identify trends, technology and opportunities in the market, and use this information to inform product development decisions. Live by data: Use data and analytics to track the performance of innovative products and services, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Some of your projects might generate invaluable data as well. Fun fact: you can work with a lot of 1st party data, and pionner the transformation game of extracting values from data. Requirements 7-10 years of experience as a Digital Product Owner or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering digital products, services or transformation. A business domain regarding FMCG, B2B business, supply chain, marketing & trade marketing … is a plus. Strong experience in software development life cycle, especially consumer-facing mobile application and promotion-related softwares. Know enough PowerBI, SQL, Python to explore data indepently. Can estimate how many mandays a feature can get to start arguing with the tech lead. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. In fact, you need to shape your story and convince people to follow! Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Excellent project management skill, capable of driving projects from initiation to closing - sprinkled some pilots here and pivots there. Good with numbers. Seriously, there’re lots of numbers to crunch and estimate and project. At least you can sell your projects confidently with a wildly-estimated business cases.  Experience working in an Agile environment, with a relatively thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions. • Thực hiện hồ sơ, thủ tục ký kết hợp đồng với những khách hàng đồng ý mua sản phẩm.
• Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất để sản xuất và giao hàng.
• Tư vấn, chăm sóc khách hàng 
• Tiếp nhận và giải đáp các thắc mắc cho khách hàng

• Tư vấn các dịch vụ tài chính phù hợp cho nhu cầu khách hàng: Thẻ tín dụng & gói vay (tiền mặt, trả góp,...) tại các điểm cửa hàng đối tác của Home Credit
• Giải đáp các thắc mắc của khách về sản phẩm dịch vụ của công ty
• Tìm kiếm khách hàng mới có nhu cầu sử dụng dịch vụ
• Chăm sóc khách hàng cũ dựa trên data của công ty cung cấp
• Đi thị trường để hỗ trợ khách hàng hoàn tất hợp đồng (nếu cần)
• Báo cáo các trường hợp có dấu hiệu gian lận của khách hàng (nếu có)
• Thời gian làm việc: tùy theo khu vực (trao đổi chi tiết khi phỏng vấn)
• Được đào tạo nghiệp vụ có tính lương trước khi bắt đầu công việc.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues for internal users. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of IT systems, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to the efficiency of our IT operations.Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, peripherals, and software applications. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or relevant teams while tracking progress to resolution. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords in accordance with company policies. Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-2 years of experience in IT help desk or technical support roles (fresh graduates with strong internships may be considered). Knowledge and ability to resolve issues with Windows, macOS, Linux operating systems, and common office software. Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware troubleshooting. Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist non-technical users effectively. Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Professional are an advantage.
