The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing the Cook and Steward team, overseeing daily kitchen operations, and creating menus for daily service, weekly/monthly rotations, and special events. Responsibilities
- Search for and develop B2B customers in the international transportation sector (sea and air freight).
- Consult on shipping rate solutions, international import/export procedures, and customs clearance tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Negotiate, prepare quotations, and sign contracts with customers (with a focus on EU and US routes).
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Report progress and sales performance to the manager.
