I. Job Description1. Content Creation & Storytelling: • Develop and produce compelling content across various PR channels, including news articles, blog posts, website updates, social media captions, newsletters, and internal communications. • Identify and transform compelling stories from the Vinschool community (e.g., student successes, teacher innovations, parent testimonials, community projects) into engaging public-facing content. • Collaborate with the Marketing team and Design team to ensure PR content aligns seamlessly with overall marketing campaigns, brand messaging and brand image.2. Media & Digital Engagement: • Draft impactful press releases to secure positive media coverage for Vinschool‘s initiatives, events, and achievements. • Monitor and analyze traditional and social media coverage related to Vinschool and the broader education sector, identifying trends and opportunities. • Track and analyze social media and website analytics to inform and identify engagement opportunities. • Support crisis communication efforts by monitoring potential issues, assisting in the development of communication materials, and ensuring timely and accurate responses.3. PR Campaign Planning & Execution: • Assist in the planning and execution of comprehensive communication campaigns, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the Vinschool network. • Translate communication briefs into actionable PR plans, outlining objectives, timelines, content requirements, and deliverables. • Monitor campaign timelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs within established deadlines. • Prepare regular, data-informed reports on PR activities, media coverage, and campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.4. Event Support: • Provide strategic PR support for Vinschool events, including open days, workshops, and school-wide initiatives, by developing event-specific communications and conducting media outreach. • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to organize public engagement activities, ensuring the successful execution of PR aspects for all events.
