'1. Core Responsibilities-Assist managers in delivering tax review and tax advisory services to both local and international clients. Phát triển và kiểm soát cơ chế thưởng hiệu suất (Incentive/Contest/Hot bonus)• Xây dựng khung thưởng động lực theo từng giai đoạn vận hành và đặc thù kênh thu hồi nợ.• Kiểm soát cost/incentive và phân tích hiệu quả các chương trình thi đua, từ đó tinh chỉnh chính sách theo thời gian thực.• Tư vấn phê duyệt ngân sách thưởng, quản trị hiệu quả và minh bạch quỹ thưởng toàn Khối.6. Báo cáo chiến lược và làm việc với lãnh đạo cấp cao.• Thường xuyên trình bày kết quả phân tích, đề xuất cải tiến vận hành tới Trưởng Khối, Giám đốc Trung tâm và Ban Điều hành.• Đóng vai trò là chuyên gia tư vấn chiến lược vận hành cho lãnh đạo cấp Trung tâm/Khối trong việc ra quyết định về phân bổ, năng suất và chính sách.
