1. Quản lý và đối chiếu sổ sách – chứng từ:
 Cập nhật, kiểm tra sổ chi tiết các tài khoản (công nợ, tồn kho, vay vốn...).
 Đối chiếu hóa đơn đầu vào – đầu ra với bảng kê thuế, giữa các phần hành kế toán, sổ chi tiết và sổ tổng hợp.
 Thực hiện các bút toán phân bổ chi phí, khấu hao tài sản cố định, kết chuyển lãi/lỗ cuối kỳ.
2. Lập báo cáo tài chính – thuế – quản trị:
 Lập báo cáo tài chính định kỳ (tháng, quý, năm).
 Lập và nộp báo cáo thuế (GTGT, TNCN, báo cáo hóa đơn, quyết toán thuế...).
 Thực hiện báo cáo quản trị theo yêu cầu (chi phí, chiết khấu, lãi lỗ...).
 Chuẩn bị hồ sơ phục vụ thanh – quyết toán thuế.
3. Quản lý và Phối hợp cùng kế toán viên
 Tiếp nhận, kiểm tra tính hợp pháp của hóa đơn, chứng từ kế toán.
 Hạch toán, phân bổ chi phí chính xác các nghiệp vụ phát sinh: mua – bán hàng, thu – chi, công nợ, kho, ngân hàng, chi phí – doanh thu, lương, BHXH, khoản vay…
 Đối chiếu kiểm tra công nợ phải thu, phải trả.
 Đối chiếu doanh số bán hàng với phòng Kinh doanh.
 Định kỳ kiểm tra, đối chiếu số liệu nhập – xuất – tồn kho và phối hợp kiểm kê thực tế.
 Sắp xếp, lưu trữ chứng từ, sổ sách kế toán cùng kế toán viên
 Hỗ trợ xây dựng quy trình kế toán – tài chính.
 Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của Kế toán trưởng/Ban Giám đốc.

- Thực hiện gia công: ghép, dán các chi tiết để hoàn thiện sản phẩm theo đúng mẫu thiết kế đơn đặt hàng.
- Dán tem cho sản phẩm theo mã từng đơn/ lô hàng.
- Phối hợp cùng các nhân viên trong bộ phận để đóng gói, hoàn thiện đơn hàng.
- Báo cáo các công việc theo yêu cầu của trưởng nhóm.
- Các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của cấp trên.

Quản lý và kiểm soát rủi ro an ninh thông tin (ATTT).Xây dựng, cập nhật các chính sách, quy trình, quy định, hướng dẫn liên quan đến ATTT đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định của Ngân hàng Nhà nước và tiêu chuẩn Quốc tế.Triển khai giám sát việc thực thi các chương trình/tiêu chuẩn an ninh bảo mật: PCI, ISO,…trong phạm vi ATTT.PM các dự án triển khai hệ thống giám sát an toàn thông tinThực hiện audit, rà soát đánh giá các hệ thống an ninhĐóng vai trò đầu mối hoặc phối hợp theo dõi, giám sát việc chỉnh sửa theo kiến nghị của Kiểm toán nội bộ, Kiểm toán độc lập và các đoàn kiểm tra trong phạm vi ATTT.Đóng vai trò đầu mối phối hợp với các bên liên quan tổng hợp, báo cáo, đốc thúc việc khắc phục với các rủi ro về ATTT đã được chỉ ra
