1. Chào đón khách ngay khi khách vừa đặt chân vào nhà hàng.
2. Hỏi khách về thông tin đặt bàn, số lượng khách sử dụng và các yêu cầu khác của khách.
3. Luôn niềm nở, cử chỉ lịch sự, giọng nói nhẹ nhàng và đảm bảo khách hài lòng với vị trí ngồi của mình.
4. Tiếp nhận thông tin đặt bàn của khách và hướng dẫn khách đến chỗ ngồi đã được đặt từ trước. Nếu khách chưa đặt bàn sẵn thì hỏi thông tin từ khách: Khách đi bao nhiêu người, thích ngồi ở vị trí nào trong nhà hàng,...
5. Nếu có khách đặt bàn từ trước, cần báo cho quản lý ở đầu ca để sắp xếp chỗ ngồi hợp lý.
6. Phối hợp các bộ phận khác để khách không phải chờ đợi quá lâu.
7. Tác phong nhanh nhẹn nhằm phục vụ kịp thời và nhanh nhất có thể.
8. Chủ động tư vấn, giới thiệu và gợi ý các món ăn/ thức uống đặc trưng của nhà hàng dựa trên sở thích/ văn hóa/ độ tuổi của khách.
9. Hướng dẫn khách đến các khu vực khác trong sự cho phép của nhà hàng khi khách có nhu cầu.
10. Ghi nhận các ý kiến phản hồi tốt và không tốt của khách để tổng hợp lại rồi báo cáo cho cấp trên.
11. Đề xuất các ý tưởng hay nhằm cải thiện và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ, thương hiệu của nhà hàng.
12. Báo cáo với quản lý tất cả các sự cố xảy ra tại nhà hàng trong ca làm việc của mình.
13. Thống kế số lượng lượt khách vào nhà hàng trong ca làm việc.
14. Hỗ trợ nhân viên mới hòa nhập với môi trường làm việc, hướng dẫn các vấn đề liến quan đến tác phong, kỷ luật, cách làm việc,...
15. Chịu trách nhiệm vệ sinh khu vực cửa ra vào đón khách luôn sạch sẽ.
16. Bàn giao công việc cho ca làm việc sau. Nếu làm ca cuối, trước khi ra về phải đảm bảo mọi thứ đều được an toàn.
17. Hỗ trợ nhân viên phục vụ nếu nhà hàng đông khách.

• Directly responsible for main kitchen culinary areas, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the Hotel.
• Maintaining the hotel’s cuisine concepts and standards for food preparation and presentation.
• Maintaining food cost by ensuring that proper preparation, inventory, requisition, food pars and control systems are in place in all food operations areas.
• Enforcing the standard food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality culinary offerings to our guests.
• Enforcing food safety & protection. All food in working areas should be in compliance with food handling techniques, to include dating, proper storage, rotation etc. Maintain the basic food safety and sanitation in accordance with the company policies.
• Ensuring all standard, checklist are correct and filed correctly and ready for audits at any time.
• To accurately forecasting business demands on a weekly basis to ensure efficient staffing & food production.
• Being responsible for all accounting and billing procedures within the culinary operation.
• Enforcing operational standards that are reviewed periodically and then updated and improved.
• Responsible to maintain the overall welfare of our employees by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests
• Ensuring the efficient scheduling of employees.
• Being responsible for the accurate supervision of the employee time control and payroll systems by working with the Executive Chef, accounting and human resources department.
• Developing and implementing manager, supervisor & employee training plans on a quarterly basis in conjunction with human resources department.
• Conducting departmental daily training programs.
• Assisting in the execution of culinary employee reviews, ensuring appraisals in a professional and timely manner.
• Training subordinate managers and supervisors in effective “coaching and counseling” and the correct process of progressive discipline.
• Assisting in conducting an effective monthly employee meeting with minutes forwarded to the GM, F&B and HRD.
• Being responsible for maintaining outlet safety at all times.
• Being responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.
• Conducting a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
• Promoting positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.
• Responding to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner.

chữa, bảo trì xe thường xuyên cho Công ty.
Phải đảm bảo phương tiện vận chuyển luôn ở trong điều kiện tốt trước khi sử dụng.

Giữ gìn bí mật nội dung công việc cán bộ hoặc nhân viên trao đổi trên xe, không bàn tán, tung tin, nói xấu xuyên tạc sự thật làm giảm uy tín khách và Công ty.

Báo cáo trong thời gian sớm nhất mọi sự cố xảy ra trong quá trình lưu thông cho cấp trên hoặc Phòng HCNS, bao gồm : tai nạn giao thông, phạt do vi phạm luật, hư xe, tắc đường… để có biện pháp xử lý kịp thời và thích hợp.

• Direct and organize the Food & Beverage function within the hotel in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and merchandising to maximize profits.
• Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food and Beverage Department to meet the daily needs of operation.
• Clearly describe, assign and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage sub-departments, i.e., room service, restaurants, banquets, kitchens, stewards, etc.
• Develop, implement and monitor schedules for the operation of all restaurants and bars to achieve a profitable result.
• Participate with the chef, Sales & Marketing Manager in the creation of attractive and merchandising menus designed to attract a predetermined customer market.
• Implement effective control of food, beverage and labor costs among all sub-departments.
• Establish and achieve predetermined profit objectives and desired standards of quality food, service, cleanliness, merchandising and promotion.
• Assure the ordering and purchasing of beer, wine, liquor, premix canisters and canned soft for Food& Beverage and vending.
• Purchasing of purchase requirements of small wares, linens requirements etc.
• Directly responsible for large groups…overseeing medium and smaller groups.
• Consistent check of Banquet Food and Beverage quality, Banquet services and presentation.
• Ensuring that services meet customer specifications.
• Quality of meeting room set-up.
• Liaise on an on-going basis with the Sales Department to ensure all client needs and requirements will be met.

- Sous Chef assists Executive Chef in overseeing the daily operation of the Kitchen an maintaining quality food products and services for the Hotel.
- Provide Training and Supervises kitchen staff in the proper preparation, cooking and presentation of various menu dishes.
- Assist Executive Chef in the creation and planning of menus and implement changes to continue to attract business.
- Assist with the implementation of kitchen plans of Executive chef.
- Assist the Executive Chef to maintain the food cost at the budget.
- Coordinate with the cost controller conducting the kitchen monthly inventory.
- Ensure that the roster of Kitchen staff is done properly and on time for approval.
- Ensure all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner through positive transactions between Kitchen and F&B Service associates.
- Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.
- Ensure all Kitchen quality standards are complied with and that policies and procedures are consistently applied.
- Coordinate activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction.
- Directing, training and development of associates with an eye toward maximum associates’ satisfaction, productivity and guest satisfaction and assist in new-hire and process on-going training for them.
- Assist in the timely completion of performance appraisals.
- Develop formal training plans and conducts on-the-job training sessions for kitchen employees.
- Develop positive attitude on job skills, knowledge, autonomy and creativity of the staff.
- Provide them the basis of working in a kitchen in order to increase their qualification and culinary knowledge.
- Perform other duties and services as assigned by the Executive Chef.
