MAIN DUTIESA. HR System Management and Optimization• Define the overall HRIS roadmap, system architecture, and infrastructure to align with JAPFA’s HR and business strategies.• Ensure smooth, secure, and scalable operations of the HR system, including routine audits, enhancements, and issue resolution.• Collaborate with IT to manage technical stability, integrations, and user security protocols across all HR technology platforms.B. HR Policies & SOP Digitalization and Governance• Lead the digitization and systemization of HR policies, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)• Ensure system compliance with labor regulations, internal audit requirements, and data protection laws• Maintain version control, documentation standards, and secure archiving of all digitized HR policies and formsC. Process Digitalization and Automation• Re-engineer manual HR processes into streamlined digital workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.• Automate transaction-heavy activities such as leave management, onboarding, transfers, and exit clearance.• Continuously evaluate user feedback to improve the usability, responsiveness, and mobile accessibility of HR digital toolsD. HR Data Analytics & Reporting• Design and manage HR dashboards and reporting structures aligned with strategic KPIs and operational needs• Analyze workforce data to support talent, engagement, cost, and compliance insights for HR and business leaders.• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc HR reports to internal stakeholders and group-level functions.E. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination• Manage relationships with HRIS vendors, consultants, and implementation partners to ensure high-quality deliverables.• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT) to ensure systems are well integrated and fully leveraged.• Monitor vendor SLAs, licensing agreements, and compliance with information security protocols.F. Change Management and Adoption• Drive system rollouts, enhancements, and new feature launches with a structured change management approach.• Provide training, communications, and user support to build adoption and digital confidence across all employee levels.• Gather feedback and usage data to improve system experience and continuously increase user engagement and system ROI.G.
