Job Description
This position will assist Marcom Manager in overseeing the end-to-end planning, coordination, and on-ground execution of customer-facing and internal events. Acts as the main point of contact between units and supporting teams (Media, Culinary, Digital Marketing) to ensure each event is aligned with brand standards, business objectives, and execution quality.

- Overall processing of the order: quotation, order creation, handover, follow up and payment
- Calculating the quotation prices, tracking quotation.
- Acting as main contact person for customer during quotation phase and project handling.
- Verification of incoming orders/ triggering approval workflow (if needed).
- Scheduling of technical and human resources: working closely together with related experts (testing team, technical certifiers/ certifiers and team member (test assignment team, report team, technical certification team).
- Test plan, test specification, bill of material, test list, sample list, report are met customer expectation and Company regulation, QM document related.
- Matching order to relevant incoming test samples (if needed).
- Reporting business activities to respective manager periodically.
- Cross business line coordination (handling internal/ external sub-contract.
- Customer service: Visit or set up meeting with client to support technical aspect or clarify Buyer’s requirement.
- Update Buyers requirement to clients/partners/manufacturers in online/offline workshops organized by company as a presenter.
Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor.
