MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop a sales strategy and action plan needed
• Create selling strategies to capture the maximum room revenue & catering revenue for hotels in monthly target
• Develop business leads for the Hotel on a weekly basis
• Up-sell, cross-sell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
• Plan active site inspections/entertainment meetings weekly basis to qualified potential accounts or new accounts
• Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows etc.
• Carry out research to identify ways to increase customer base/ database from her segment in- charge by daily tele-sales call & sales call
• Perform monthly review account profile on room nights production and average rate
• Full acknowledge market intelligent, understand well the market trend, competitors' rate strategy, account penetration and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge
• Fully responsible of accounts management
• Attend hotel clients and local community business events to network and maintain high visibility
• Gains understanding of the location's primary target customer and service expectations; serves the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solution.
• Supports the company's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
• Daily Sales meeting to discuss and decide on suitable strategy for increased hotel sales.
• Communicate with clients to respond to their inquiries and convince them to close a sales deal.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage regular patronage and future business deals.
