NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
As the National Sales Manager (NSM) you will be tasked with overall leadership of the sales department.
Essential Duties
• Understand the macro sales objectives of LGI in both the short and long term.
• Understand the sales & marketing objectives of our respective portfolios.
• Implement the BOD’s (and your) expectations for the planning, execution, reporting & analysis of our sales operations.
• Build 12-month sales projections, and KPIs per segment, Region and Channel.
• Work with Marketing manager to align on 12-month budgets and allocations per segment, Region and Channel.
• Develop and implement monthly/quarterly and annual KPIs for sales teams.
• Lead recurring meetings with sales heads to plan, implement, track, summarize and analyze sales and marketing plans and initiatives.
• Manage, track and communicate project and initiative status to the BOD.
• Create and maintain operational processes and practices that drive efficiencies for the Sales department.
• Analyze all related sales and marketing data compiled by data analysts to see trends and areas for improvement.
• Proactively monitor sales operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency within the sales organization.
• Manage all documentation used by the Sales team; ensure they are properly maintained from both a legal and operational perspective.
• Create ongoing training programs, with marketing, to keep our sales team on top of best practice, and understand trends.
• Assist Sales department heads with forecasting and planning. Review submitted plans and ensure the are rationalized, to standard and complete before BOD review.
• Support and build relationships with cross-functional partners across the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the BOD.
- Manage the business aspects of the bar & karaoke rooms, managing budgets & daily operation, setting monthly/yearly revenue goals
- Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving problem to ensuring operation floor is well staffed during peak hours
- Planning and exenoting all promotional events
- Promote and grow the business, hire and train staff, and ensure that patrons are receiving excellent drinks, food, and service
- Manage and ensure staffs are always present in the working area at all times. Ensure that all team members clearly understand all information to feedback to customer
- Ensure that all disputes and complaints of customer are handled and resolved professionally, accurately, efficiently and reported directly to GM
- Working shift includes: is flexible due to operation
- Working 8hrs40/day changing shift, 5.5days/week (1.5 day OFF)
Thời gian làm việc: xoay ca từ Thứ 2- Chủ Nhật (Nghỉ 1 ngày không cố định)
• Ca 1: 7H30 - 17H
• Ca 2: 8H30 - 18H
