Key Responsibilities

• Manage distribution strategy for all properties under the cluster, ensuring optimal visibility and competitive positioning.

• Oversee and maintain content accuracy on all OTA platforms, brand websites, and GDS channels.

• Monitor channel performance, conversion rates, and pricing parity across distribution platforms.

• Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to launch promotions, packages, and rate plans.

• Maintain relationships with OTA account managers and other key distribution partners.

• Analyze performance reports and provide insights to drive bookings and ADR growth.

• Ensure seamless connectivity between PMS, CRS, and third-party platforms.

• Train and support property teams on distribution standards and updates.

• Monitor market trends and competitors’ online positioning to adapt strategies.

• Hướng dẫn, đề xuất, lựa chọn và giúp xác định vị trí hoặc lấy hàng hóa dựa trên nhu cầu và mong muốn của khách hàng
• Giúp khách hàng hiểu cách sử dụng hàng hóa
• Tư vấn khách hàng bằng cách cung cấp thông tin về sản phẩm, giúp khách hàng lựa chọn bằng cách nâng cao niềm tin của khách hàng; cung cấp cho họ những gợi ý và ý kiến về doanh số bán hàng ưa thích của khách hàng và hàng hóa có tiềm năng được quan tâm trong tương lai
• Sắp xếp và trưng bày hàng hóa để thúc đẩy bán hàng
• Đặt hàng đặc biệt hoặc gọi cho các cửa hàng khác để tìm các mặt hàng mong muốn
• Xếp sản phẩm lên kệ và trưng bày sản phẩm đẹp mắt theo FIFO và cách bố trí hàng hóa hoặc các quy định của công ty và để thúc đẩy doanh số bán hàng

- Responsible for daily execution of compensation & benefits

- Make sure report and calculation exactly and on time

1. Social Insurance:

• To prepare and calculate social insurance reports in monthly
• Doing the increment report and closing SI books for employee on time.
• To make sure SI allowance transfer to employee on time and exactly
• Delivering HI card to employee on time
• To solve other matters related to Social insurance.
• To update data monthly into SI control sheet

2. Labor contract:

• Following up with Line leaders/ Managers to get their confirmation and prepare labor contract of employee on time and exactly

3. Filling employee profile:

• Receiving and check employee profile from R&T team
• To scan employee’s certificate and store in HR’ database
• Filing employee profile in monthly

4. Discipline action meeting:

• To receive reports from others department
• Booking schedule for meeting and inviting who related to join the meeting.
• To join meeting and finish the disciplinary action decision.
• Filing disciplinary action decision.

5. Dynamics:

• Updating employee’s personal information in Dynamics system by weekly.
• Assuring employee’s information update exactly

6. Tax: to register Tax Code for employee
