Sứ mệnh vai trò:
Bạn sẽ là người hỗ trợ vận hành tài chính & tuân thủ của M Village: đóng sổ đúng – đủ – đúng hạn, đảm bảo thuế/kiểm toán sẵn sàng, chuẩn hoá quy trình đa cơ sở, và cung cấp số liệu đáng tin cậy để ra quyết định nhanh và chính xác.
Trách nhiệm chính
1) Đóng sổ & Báo cáo (Month-end Close)
Lập lịch và điều phối D+5 close toàn chuỗi (dữ liệu PMS/POS/OTA -> GL).
Soát xét P&L/BS/CF theo từng cơ sở và hợp nhất; đối chiếu FO Night Audit, POS, OTA, ngân hàng.
2) Thuế & Tuân thủ
Tổ chức kê khai/đối chiếu VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT, báo cáo thống kê; làm việc với cơ quan thuế/kiểm toán.
Chuẩn bị hồ sơ kiểm toán, đảm bảo không có major findings.
3) Kiểm soát nội bộ & Quy trình
Vận hành DOA (quyền phê duyệt), cash control.
Kiểm soát AR aging (OTA/corporate), deposit/advance, inventory & cost (F&B/Housekeeping).
4) Hệ thống & Dữ liệu
Quán lí, theo dõi Odoo/FAST/ERP, chart of accounts, mapping PMS/POS/Channel Manager.
Đảm bảo data integrity, log truy cập; phối hợp Legal/IT để sẵn sàng PDPL 2025.
5) Báo cáo tài chính & Hỗ trợ kinh doanh
Cung cấp management pack theo property (P&L, GOP/GOPPAR, chỉ số liên quan RevPAR/doanh thu/chi phí).
Đồng hành cùng Ops/Procurement trong tiết kiệm chi phí, chuẩn vendor, quy trình thanh toán.
6) Lãnh đạo & Phát triển đội ngũ
Tuyển dụng, huấn luyện, đánh giá team kế toán; chuẩn hoá SOP/Checklist/Runbook.
Xây dựng văn hoá minh bạch – kỷ luật – học nhanh; thực hiện post-mortem khi có sai lệch.

1. Support the Japanese Manager in terms of QC:
• Support the Japanese manager in managing quality control as a professional quality control supervisor.
2. Quality Control Operations:
• Create documents to carry out quality control activities.
• Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day quality control activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality, cost, and food safety standards.
• Lead quality control staff as a leader.
3. Team Leadership:
• Train and develop quality control staff.
• Promote a collaborative and disciplined working environment.

4. Process Improvement:
• Propose and implement improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.

Function: Operations
- S/he will be cordinate with related depts in Stores and Head office to supervise the Operational process and assessment Operations Standard for Horeca customers in Stores every month.

Function: Pricing and competitors
- S/he will be resposnible to visit Competitors to collect the price, promotion and other sales policies related to Horeca segment. Then summary the report of Price Index and Competitors’ activities weekly, propose the action.
Function: Customer activities
- S/he will be accountable to work with Store team to organize the Store actvities for Horeca customers.
- S/he will be visit customers together with Sales Force (if any) to collect specific customer’s feedback, gather the feedbacks, identify the improvement area.

This position reports to Import - Export Senior Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Export: Follow up POs & shipments:
· Monitor forecasts and export POs; follow up with the production team to ensure timely delivery and compliance with PO requirements.
· Coordinate internally and externally to arrange shipments, including finished goods availability, container and pallet arrangements, and booking ETD/ETA schedules.
· Review and confirm shipping documents with importers to issue accurate and timely final documents.
Import: Follow up POs & shipments:
· Initiate and finalize Letters of Credit (LCs) with vendors; request payments as required.
· Coordinate with importers and track shipment timelines (ETD/ETA) to ensure alignment with PO schedules.
· Verify shipping documents for accuracy and compliance with customs regulations.
· Liaise with the warehouse for cargo receipt and with the QA team for inspection.
· Collaborate with the importer and QA to handle any product complaints, if applicable.
Artwork / Packaging Design
· Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to finalize artwork and packaging designs for both import and export products.
Coordinate Internal Documentation
· Prepare and provide necessary documents and dossiers to meet customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Division Head.
