We are looking for a Vietnam based Site Manager - Global Selling Asia Pacific, Vietnam role to help us to build and grow our Vietnam market. You will be expected to define overarching goals and strategy for your category, problem-solve, articulate and execute against tactical plans, and manage key business metrics. What You'll Do:- As a brand ambassador to build an international furniture e-commerce platform ’s local brand awareness and local relationships with furniture associations, service providers and suppliers.- Develop and manage category strategy in alignment with business goals and collaborate across geographies with the North America and European category teams for your relevant categories.- Manage a portfolio of Vietnam-based suppliers within the category, driving supplier development by setting strategic goals, negotiating business terms, and reviewing performance.- Analyze supplier and category performance to determine tactical next steps and strategic vision, involving the relevant cross-functional teams (e.g., operations).- Negotiate frequently with existing suppliers to optimize performance and cost base, exclusivity, advertising, and other strategic initiatives from business.- Be a senior internal and external escalation point, often involving negotiations with C-suite members from our external partners.- Identify trends, problems, and opportunities for either the category or supplier segment, and collaborate with internal teams to drive change.- Manage team members, providing guidance and direction to junior members in the team and leading the team to accomplish targets.- Work alongside core functional teams and collaborate closely with the Curation Brands & Stores Enablement team, Specialty Retail Brands team, to understand the brand positioning, strategic direction, product requirements, and quality standards.- Attend trade shows, showrooms, factories, and/or other travel to meet key suppliers, as well as travel to the US and potentially other global markets.
