I. Marketing Specialist 80%Responsible for the monthly/ quarterly Marketing Action Plan (development & implementation) including initiatives related to PR/ Media, Advertising, Events, CRM, Digital, local marketing KPIs, and timelines within the allocated budget.Monitor, supervise & evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities and investment channels, adjust bids to achieve ROI (Return on Investment).Manage the development of Marketing Action Plans (360 degress) for new product launches.Develop a competitive customer care strategy including customer care activities, gifts, events, and activities for different target customer groups: new customers, existing customers, potential customers, etc.Collaborate with designers, web administrators, and content managers to create advertising assets, including videos, images, advertising content, and landing pages.Work with agencies, KOLs( Key Opinion Leaders), and KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers) to develop and execute Marketing Action Plans.II.
