Provide analysis reports resulted from the combination between desk-research and on-field market data• Master market research methodologies, analytic skills as well as knowledge related to cement industry, construction and building materials and its substitutes.• Able to transfer these knowledge to team members through classroom and on-the-job training• Ensures solid competitive intelligence and customer feedback across the whole distribution value chain is collected, analyzed to evaluate company’s position on the market.• Ensure Market Analysis team bring market information into pricing analysis and recommendation, able to solve ad-hoc cases, etc… Puts in place the right Business Intelligence: relevant, reliable, accurate reporting system. Develop company’s understanding about competitors• Proactive train and build a flatform of collecting, updating and analyzing macroeconomic factors and demand in cement industry.• Build wider network and resources from internal and external cement industry to collect better and faster market and competitor’s information supporting for INSEE analysis and business improvement.• Provide monthly competitor and macroeconomic analysis/ update support for business improvement.6. Market share process• Utilize information collection from cement manufacturers and other network to provide quality data for market share results.• Provide quality mid-month MS forecast and full month results to Exco report.• Be able to present these results to relevant functions and stakeholders.• Maintain quarter reconciliation process INSEE’s data collection vs VNCA data and report to Line Manager, Exco.7.Monitor Topline target cascade down• Monitor the entire process of topline budget allocation to region/province level to ensure the target is under process and Market Analysis team members are monitoring, updating or asking for advice• Return of Investment is highly focused on all MA planning step and evaluated after results8. Price Governance process in place at region level• Review current process and Cooperate with Pricing team to build Governance Process in place at the region level to ensure price performance is monitoring and transforming timely and transparently9.Exco reports• Follow-up commercial strategic objectives to create relevant, accurate, consistent reports and analysis.• Prepare high quality and on time of required reports to Exco (COM results, GEXCO, Commentary and Quarterly report)• Act as single poin of contact to provide commercial data under scope of work to other functions and stakeholders • Proactive to collect relevant information and data from different resources.10.Monitor reporting process to provide accurate and quality reports• Monitor MA team to provide accurate and quality report
