As Unit Head of Digital Products Development – Ubank (CASA & Payments), you will drive the development of differentiated products and user journeys that grow active customers, deposits, transaction volumes, and customer lifetime value.You will lead a multi-disciplinary product organization, influence the bank’s broader digital strategy, and own the customer and business outcomes related to accounts and payments.TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH1. • Define and execute the CASA and Payments product vision, strategy, and roadmap to support the bank’s growth objectives. • Lead the design, development, and launch of innovative digital products, including instant account opening, QR payments, P2P transfers, goal-based savings, embedded finance, and bill payment features.2. • Build a best-in-class digital onboarding and engagement experience, driving daily usage and account primacy.3. • Lead a team of product managers, product owners, and UX specialists, ensuring agile execution and customer-centric design.4. • Develop and manage the P&L for CASA and Payments products, optimizing for customer growth, revenue generation, and cost efficiency.5. • Collaborate closely with technology, design, compliance, risk, and operations teams to deliver secure and compliant solutions. • Establish strong ecosystem partnerships (e.g., payment networks, fintechs, billers, e-commerce platforms) to drive product innovation and adoption.6. • Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and market intelligence to prioritize features and refine the product roadmap.7. • Represent the digital product function in executive and board-level discussions, helping to shape the bank’s strategic priorities.8. • Create a strong product culture focused on innovation, experimentation, speed-to-market, and continuous improvement.

• Tham gia vào các dự án SI cho mạng doanh nghiệp với vai trò tổ chức, điều phối, giám sát việc triển khai.• Tư vấn, thiết kế, hỗ trợ các công việc triển khai (nếu cần). Các hạng mục triển khai bao gồm: + Router, Switch, Wifi + Internet Gateway, Wifi Marketing, HSIA + Firewall + Server (Windows, Linux), Ảo hóa + Monitoring…• Troubleshooting, hỗ trợ xử lý các sự cố mạng• Tham gia tìm kiếm, tìm hiểu, thử nghiệm, đánh giá các giải pháp mới phù hợp với định hướng của NetNam và nhu cầu của khách hàng.
