- Hỗ trợ và tham gia thực hiện các dự án khảo sát của công ty, bao gồm việc thu thập dữ liệu, xử lý data thô, nhập liệu.
- Liên hệ và hướng dẫn doanh nghiệp/ cá nhân trong việc điền phiếu khảo sát, đảm bảo doanh nghiệp/ cá nhân hiểu rõ về mục tiêu và quy trình của khảo sát.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu từ cấp quản lý, bao gồm việc hỗ trợ tổ chức khảo sát, xử lý hồ sơ, và giải quyết các vấn đề thường ngày trong công việc.
- Thời gian làm việc: 8h30-17h30 từ Thứ 2 - Thứ 7 (Đảm bảo 5 ngày/tuần).

Job Purpose: • To communicate/liaise actively with Business Users for any requirement clarification or feature study • To analyze business requirements and to propose optimal solution to clientsResponsibilities: 1. Review business requirements and deliver detailed requirement analysis in an accurate and timely manner. Highlight any requirement conflict and propose an optimal solution to client 2. Attend project meeting with Business Users for requirement gathering 3. Phụ trách các vấn đề về kỹ thuật sản xuất, gia công giày dép theo các bản vẽ của bộ phận thiết kế và theo yêu cầu của khách hàng;
- Hỗ trợ theo dõi quy trình sản xuất, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho dây chuyền sản xuất và gia công giày dép thuộc phân khúc cao cấp;
- Trực tiếp tham gia vào quy trình sản xuất và gia công giày dép; hướng dẫn kỹ thuật cho các công nhân tại nhà xưởng, đề xuất phương án sản xuất và gia công từng chi tiết cho mỗi đơn hàng;
- Kiểm soát chặt chẽ chất lượng về sản xuất, kiểm soát tối đa rủi ro, sai sót trong quá trình sản xuất, gia công, đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm đúng tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và tiến độ.

Vận hành nghiệp vụ và hệ thống Core Banking T24. Đảm bảo tuân thủ theo các quy trình/quy định nghiệp vụ về vận hành/chính sách quản trị hệ thống thông tin của Ngân hàng đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động thông suốt, ổn định, an toàn.Theo dõi, giám sát và cảnh báo, khắc phục lỗi hệ thống.Rà soát, phân tích, cải tiến hệ thống ứng dụng CNTT.Tham gia công tác kiểm thử, cập nhật, nâng cấp các hệ thống, ứng dụng trên môi trường Production.Xử lý khiếu nại giao dịch, trích xuất số liệu và xử lý các phiếu yêu cầu có liên quan đến nghiệp vụ trên T24Tư vấn và tham gia các dự án ngân hàng về core banking T24Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp quản lý.
