1.Coordinating the teaching and learning activities of international programs at the campus- Being the one who coordinates the plans, programs, activities, regulations, procedures ... of the Cambridge Academic division and the campus to teachers and students under the supervision of Cambridge Campus Head of each program level.- Assisting in implementing and coordinating the organization of exams for students at the campus in accordance with the plan of the school.- Providing support in monitoring, updating, proposing the procurement and purchasing equipment tools and materials for teaching, learning and extracurricular activities or events of international programs at the campus as regulated.- Carrying out all other administrative and logistics work to ensure that the teaching activities of the international curriculum and academic events at campus are performed smoothly and effectively.- Participating in monthly meeting of MOET teachers, campus meeting to update and support monitoring and implementing the assigned work when necessary.2.Support in supervising teachers at campus (in support of Cambridge Campus Head of each program level)- Informing Cambridge Campus Head of each program level, coordinating, proposing and dealing with matters relating to working hours, dressing code, attitude, behaviors and communication manner with students and parents.- Helping in contributing ideas about teachers' working hours, dressing code, attitude, behavior, and communication with parents to help them improve the quality of their teaching, which resulted in improving the quality of general education of the campus and the whole system- Helping the Cambridge Campus Head of each program level in new teacher orientation: for example, inducting new teachers to the campus, introducing regulations, contacts, working procedures, student disciplines, class management, cultural orientation, lesson plans, curriculum.- Assisting the school management team in monitoring, supervising teachers’ assessment and reports for students, coordinating with relevant sections, synthesizing reports to the school management team including the Cambridge Campus Head of each program level so that the Cambridge Campus Head of each program level can give feedback and notification to teachers.- Participating in all regular or unscheduled meetings with teachers and school management of the international program to update, support monitoring and deployment of the work.3. Monitoring students’ activities at the campus- Supporting the Cambridge Campus Head of each program level in addressing parents’ feedback and questions about the learning and teaching activities of the Cambridge program as regulated. - Working as a liason between the Cambridge Campus Head of each program level and the homeroom teachers and the Academic Assistants on student's learning and performance.- Coordinating with other related parties including admission staff, MOET academic assistants, school management, teachers to deal with issues related to student discipline.- Assisting in organizing meetings between homeroom teachers and Cambridge teachers who share the same class, to liaise and connect teachers between two programs.4. Other tasks- Providing support in coordinating all meetings, information exchange among the campus and Academic Department with parents; and support in giving parental’ feedback. - Coordinating with school management to organize seminars on specific topics when needed.- Making reports as required by the management.- Supervising class in emergency situations as assigned by the Cambridge Campus Head of each program level when the scheduling section cannot arrange the substitution accordingly- Supporting the implementation of the basic English program to staff and teachers at the campus when requested.- Other tasks as assigned by school management
