Job DescriptionThe CGV Operations team Leader will work closely with the CGV Operations Team and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality system operations and services.1. Operational Leadership for Major Systems:Lead the operation of global theater sales systems (GERP) including ERP, e-Accounting, Purchasing, FPDS (Production/Distribution), API, and POS services.Oversee the operations of Foodville Vietnam Tous Les Jours store sales systems (POS/BackOffice) including Front Office (POS) and Back Office services.2. IT Project Management and Integration:Plan and manage IT operation projects, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, system integration, and security.Facilitate system integration with external vendors and support inter-system collaboration.Recruit, train, and oversee local development personnel to ensure alignment with operational goals.Handle and develop customer requirements from CJ CGV Vietnam/Indonesia and Foodville Vietnam.Ensure high-quality service operations and implement measures to prevent system failures.Conduct regular daily/monthly system inspections and monitoring to maintain performance.Analyze causes of system incidents, implement corrective measures, and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.Manage database operations, including backup and recovery planning, to ensure data security and integrity.The role involves participating in weekly corporate meetings and supporting ad-hoc tasks.
