- Support daily room reservation operations for local and international markets.
- Ensure all reservation inquiries and emails are responded to within 24 hours.
- Handle guest requests related to room types, special arrangements, and approved discounts.
- Maintain accurate reservation data in the PMS.
- Monitor travel agent allotments and overbooking situations.
- Coordinate closely with Revenue, Front Office, Sales, and related departments.
- Assist the Reservation Manager in overseeing daily operations, staff scheduling, performance management, and team development.
- Support training, coaching, and supervision of reservation team members.
- Prepare reservation reports and support performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with Six Senses standards, brand values, and resort policies.
- Handle guest issues professionally and maintain excellent service quality.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Strong knowledge of PMS (e.g., OPERA, MSC) and reservation systems
Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
Strong leadership, training, and team management skills
Experience in inventory control, overbooking management, and guest service
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
Understanding of revenue reports and cost control
High level of professionalism and guest-focused mindset
Familiar with luxury hospitality standards
