- Supervise and manage daily purchasing operations for food, beverage, operating supplies, equipment, and services in line with approved policies, procedures, and budgets.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality, pricing, delivery terms, and service.
- Review and approve purchase requests and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Oversee receiving and inspection of goods in Ho Chi Minh City, ensuring correct quantity, quality, specifications, and compliance with purchase orders.
- Coordinate logistics, consolidation, and shipment of goods from Ho Chi Minh City to Con Dao in line with operational requirements and delivery schedules.
- Liaise closely with Warehouse, Operations, Logistics partners, Finance, F&B, Kitchen, and Engineering to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Monitor order status, delivery timelines, transportation arrangements, and resolve any delays or discrepancies promptly.
- Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
- Supervise purchasing host, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide training and coaching.
- Support inventory control, stock planning, and cost control initiatives to optimize purchasing efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, supplier databases, and shipment documentation.
- Prepare and analyze purchasing and logistics reports for management review.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier optimization.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing and/or supply chain operations, preferably in hospitality, retail, FMCG, or logistics environments, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, goods receiving, and logistics coordination.
- Good knowledge of procurement procedures, contract management, inventory control, and transportation operations.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and purchasing / ERP systems.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Willing to work based in Ho Chi Minh City and coordinate shipments to Con Dao.
