- Lead, manage, and oversee all spa, wellness, and recreational operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and high service standards in line with brand philosophy.
- Develop and implement spa and wellness strategies, concepts, programs, and experiences aligned with Six Senses’ wellness philosophy and brand positioning.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost control through effective pricing strategies, upselling initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, revenue targets, and expense control.
- Oversee menu development, treatment offerings, wellness programs, retail product selection, and seasonal promotions.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as brand standards and SOPs.
- Recruit, train, lead, and motivate spa and wellness teams, fostering a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous development.
- Monitor guest feedback, satisfaction scores, and service recovery initiatives to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners, including wellness practitioners, suppliers, and consultants.
- Oversee facility maintenance, equipment management, and inventory control to ensure optimal operation.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance service quality, technical skills, and wellness knowledge.
- Analyze business performance, prepare operational reports, and present insights and action plans to Management.
- Ensure sustainability practices and wellness standards are fully integrated into daily operations.
- Represent the Spa & Wellness department professionally in all guest and stakeholder interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Wellness Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in spa and wellness operations, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts, or wellness retreats, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong knowledge of spa operations, wellness programs, treatments, retail, and service excellence standards.
- Proven leadership, business acumen, and financial management skills.
- Experience in revenue generation, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest engagement skills.
- Strong command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Passion for wellness, sustainability, and holistic guest experiences.
