Provide either HRBP or OD services, including:• Provide HRBP support to business functions, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and organizational goals/Develop and implement organizational development strategies that support VinFast's vision for smart mobility.• Facilitate talent management processes, including performance evaluations and leadership development programs.• Conduct training needs assessments and work on employee engagement initiatives.• Advise management on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decision making.• Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.• Build strong relationships with staff at all levels to foster a supportive workplace culture.
