- Provide HR inputs to the business plan of the hotel and control the HR components of this plan on an ongoing basis: payroll budget, recruitment plan; staff benefits, etc.
- Set up hotel team at pre-opening stage and ensure the hotel structure is aligned and suitably manpower.
- Conduct mass recruitment for pre-opening stage with all levels.
- Create and develop overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the hotel.
- Manage the HR operations based on a daily basic and up-to-date understanding of labour law.
- Establish and ensure that HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved;
- Manage the HR operations based on a daily basic and up-to-date understanding of Labor law.
- Coordinate with Department Heads on training programs and implementations.

- BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law.
- 03-year working experience at the manager level in hotel HR or related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and its practices.
- Have positive and can-do attitude.
- Familiar with MS Office, HRIS such as Smile/ Cadena.
- Excellent oral and written English communication.Hình thức
