Nhập liệu và kiểm soát dữ liệu trên hệ thống Erp.Odoo: Nhập và kiểm soát dữ liệu sản xuất hằng ngày từ các tổ/công đoạn lên hệ thống (sản lượng, giờ công, nguyên vật liệu sử dụng, phế phẩm/hao hụt...). Đối chiếu dữ liệu ERP với báo cáo/chứng từ thực tế, phối hợp các bộ phận để rà soát và hiệu chỉnh khi phát sinh chênh lệch. Tham gia chuẩn hóa dữ liệu master (định mức, BOM, tuyến sản xuất) và hỗ trợ triển khai các quy trình nhập liệu liên quan 2. Thống kê, phân tích & lập báo cáo sản xuất Lập báo cáo thống kê định kỳ (ngày/tuần/tháng/quý/năm) về: sản lượng, năng suất, tiêu hao nguyên liệu, lỗi/phế phẩm, hao hụt và các chỉ số vận hành. Thống kê và phân tích kết quả sản xuất theo dòng sản phẩm, theo ca, máy móc, downtime…. Thực hiện các báo cáo phân tích chuyên sâu hoặc đột xuất theo yêu cầu. 3. Giám sát kết quả & tiến độ sản xuất Theo dõi, cập nhật tiến độ thực hiện các đơn hàng trên hệ thống, đối chiếu với thực tế tại nhà máy. Phối hợp với Sản xuất, QC, Kho, Kế toán, Kỹ thuật… để kiểm soát tồn kho, hỗ trợ kiểm kê, xử lý chênh lệch và đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến dữ liệu và quy trình. Tuân thủ yêu cầu bảo mật dữ liệu và chủ động đề xuất cải tiến hệ thống, biểu mẫu và quy trình nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành.
