Overview This role leads DevOps engineers, SRE engineers, and IT Help Desk, combining deep technical expertise in infrastructure, reliability, and support operations with strong leadership to drive operational excellence in a cybersecurity-focused environment. Based in Dubai, UAE, you will oversee hybrid cloud (AWS/on-prem) systems, ensure high availability, and mentor teams on security best practices. B. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor DevOps, SRE, and IT Help Desk, managing 5 engineers/technicians across infrastructure automation, reliability engineering, and end-user support. Architect and oversee hybrid infrastructure including AWS EKS/EC2, Kubernetes clusters (on-prem/EKS), networking, CICD pipelines (GitHub Actions/ArgoCD), and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki). Drive SRE practices: define SLOs/SLIs, incident response, postmortems, disaster recovery, cost optimization, and DevSecOps (RBAC, secrets management, vulnerability scanning). Supervise IT support operations: ticketing (Jira/ServiceNow), user onboarding/offboarding, hardware/software troubleshooting (macOS/Windows), asset management, and security policy enforcement. Collaborate with stakeholders to align engineering with business goals, conduct performance reviews, hire talents, and foster a culture of reliability and security. Implement automation with Terraform/Ansible, harden systems (SELinux, firewalls, TLS), and ensure compliance in a high-availability, cybersecurity context.
