Collaborate with business owners and product teams to understand strategic goals and identify business needs.
Oversee the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management of business and technical requirements for various projects. Ensure requirements are clear, concise, testable, and aligned with business objectives and product vision
Analyze and document existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
Utilize various BA techniques such as user stories, use cases, process flows, mock-up and data models to effectively capture and communicate requirements.
Manage changes to requirements through a defined change control process.
Product Development
Actively participate in the product development lifecycle, providing BA expertise and insights.
Contribute to the definition of product roadmaps, features, and functionalities.
Support the planning and execution of product launch activities. Operation Support
Lead the investigation and analysis of production issues, working closely with technical teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Ensure timely communication and updates regarding production issues to relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides.
Collaborate with operational teams to execute the operation activities, define and implement new processes and workflows.
