Job Overview:We are seeking a Business Systems & IT Support Engineer to manage, integrate, and customize our internal business applications (BambooHR, Kintone, and other SaaS platforms), while also providing technical support to internal users. This role ensures seamless integration of business systems, supports HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, and resolves application and network issues to keep our teams productive.The ideal candidate is both system-savvy (able to code, integrate, and automate) and support-oriented (able to troubleshoot user issues across software, hardware, and networks). Key Responsibilities:Customize, configure, and extend BambooHR, Kintone, and related business systems.Design and implement system integrations (via APIs, middleware, and/or custom scripts).Develop automations, workflows, and reports to improve business efficiency.Collaborate with HR, Sales, and Marketing to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations.Support users to resolve application-related issues, troubleshoot hardware issues for PCs, laptops, printers, photocopiers, and scanners and handle network-related incidents (Internet, LAN, Printers, Cameras)Ensure data consistency, security, and smooth operation across all systems and devices.
