Dẫn dắt chu kỳ kỹ thuật trong team Solution, tập trung tích hợp và triển khai giải pháp AI từ vendor sẵn có, đảm bảo hoạt động mượt mà cho khách hàng. Không yêu cầu phát triển sản phẩm nội bộ, chủ yếu triển khai white-label và customize integrations.Tích hợp API và hệ thống: Thiết lập kết nối giữa sản phẩm của vendors và hệ thống của khách hàng.Xây dựng và triển khai PoC/pilot: Thiết kế kiến trúc hybrid (cloud/on-prem using AWS/Azure/Viettel Cloud), triển khai với Docker/Kubernetes để đảm bảo khả năng mở rộng, và tối ưu low-latency cho thị trư Việt Nam.Kiểm thử và debug: Thực hiện unit testing, integration testing với các công cụ như Postman/Jest; phát hiện và xử lý technical debt, đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn về bảo mật và quyền riêng tư dữ liệu.Hỗ trợ bàn giao và vận hành: Thu thập và theo dõi các chỉ số vận hành (uptime, response time qua Prometheus), hỗ trợ khắc phục sự cố sau triển khai và cải tiến giải pháp dựa trên phản hồi từ khách hàng.Phối hợp với Chuyên viên tư vấn giải pháp: Cung cấp góc nhìn kỹ thuật cho các đề xuất, và hỗ trợ đánh giá vendor từ góc độ kỹ thuật.Nghiên cứu xu hướng: Cập nhật các công nghệ tích hợp AI mới để đề xuất cải tiến cho các giải pháp hiện tại nhằm nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hang.

- Phụ trách các kênh phân phối (ví dụ: các đại lý truyền thống) và chịu trách nhiệm về chỉ tiêu bán hàng tại khu vực tỉnh Bình Dương/Đồng Nai- Phụ trách các đại lý hiện tại, thăm hỏi khách hàng thường xuyên và hỗ trợ đại lý trong việc tìm kiếm khách hàng, mở rộng kinh doanh- Làm báo cáo bán hàng, tồn kho, công nợ theo tuần/ tháng/ quý/ năm- Thông báo và cập nhật thường xuyên tới khách hàng về các chính sách, chương trình bán hàng và hỗ trợ từ Daikin- Thường xuyên thăm hỏi và tìm hiểu từ khách hàng để cập nhật thông tin thị trường và hỗ trợ khách hàng về các hoạt động bán hàng khi cần- Tìm kiếm và thiết lập quan hệ với đối tác và khách hàng tiểm năng- Thu thập thông tin về các khách hàng, thị trường và đối thủ để xây dựng nguồn dữ liệu phục vụ cho việc nghiên cứu và thiết lập kế hoạch trong tương lai
