- Xây dựng chiến lược marketing dài hạn và ngắn hạn phù hợp với mục tiêu phát triển của công ty.

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies
• Plan and implement marketing strategies on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, aligning with the company’s business goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to propose suitable marketing approaches.
• Propose and implement strategies to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure the highest ROI.
• Independently execute marketing activities without coordination with other departments.
Content Planning & Management for Website and Social Media
Website & Blog:
• Develop a monthly/ yearly content plan for the company's website.
• Create product/service-related articles, industry news, and optimize SEO for better search engine ranking.
Social Media:
• Plan and manage content for social platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, etc.
• Track content performance and adjust strategies to improve audience engagement.
Advertising & PR Campaigns
• Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc., to enhance brand awareness and increase sales.
• Develop PR content for media, online forums, and partner channels.
• Monitor and optimize advertising performance to meet KPIs.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, CRM tools to track campaign effectiveness.
• Provide regular performance reports and propose improvements to maximize marketing efficiency.
Brand management & market development:
• Define and enhance the company’s brand image.
• Develop plans to expand the market and introduce new products/services based on customer needs.
• Conduct competitor analysis and suggest strategic improvements.
Manage marketing channels and campaigns:
• Oversee digital and offline marketing channels, including website, email marketing, social and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to ensure effectiveness.
Sales support & customer engagement:
• Propose marketing initiatives to support sales and boost revenue.
• Develop marketing collateral, such as brochures, company profiles, and product presentations.
• Gather customer feedback and recommend product/service improvements.
• Communicate with international clients in English
Reporting and strategic recommendations:
• Report marketing performance directly to the Director.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
- Work closely and follow up with customers for the whole cycle from development stage to bulk delivery stage while providing full support in sourcing, sampling, manufacturing & product processing, quality assurance & compliance.
- Develop new design with customer, ensure that products meet customer’s concept, quality, requirements while overseeing all the aspects of merchandising job.
- Discuss and have Samples Room speed up to meet the requested development timeline.
- Follow and coordinate with relevant teams for ordering, shipping, handling, and related costs are kept in check.
- Supervise the production schedule of products to ensure timely delivery based on the requirement of customers.
- Work together with Technicians and QA team to solve any issues in production.
- Resolve conflicts between Customer and factory, e.g. delivery delay, quality issues…
