1. Xây dựng mục tiêu kinh doanh- Quản lý điều hành công việc và chịu trách nhiệm về doanh số của bộ phận Digital và Telesale.- Xây dựng ngân sách cho các kế hoạch ngắn hạn và dài hạn liên quan đến chỉ tiêu lợi nhuận và chi tiêu của Công ty.- Đảm bảo tỉ lệ chuyển đổi data từ phòng MKT (Khách hàng đã quan tâm sẵn về dịch vụ)- Báo cáo kết quả hoạt động phòng Telesale.3. Xây dựng và phát triển đội nhóm- Quản lý đội ngũ sale/cskh thực hiện bán hàng trên data do đội ngũ Marketing đem về nhằm đạt được kế hoạch doanh thu đã đề ra- Thực hiện và quản lý nhân sự Digital marketing dưới quyền thực hiện quảng cáo, tối ưu quảng cáo... nhằm đạt được kế hoạch doanh thu đã đề ra4. Chăm sóc khách hàng- Xử lý các khiếu nại của khách hàng liên quan đến quy trình tư vấn, chăm sóc khách hàng, chất lượng tư vấn thuộc phạm vi nhiệm vụ của bộ phận.5. Đào tạo kiến thức nghiệp vụ và thông tin sản phẩm- Đào tạo, bồi dưỡng nâng cao nghiệp vụ, kiến thức sản phẩm cho Team Sale và Team Digital.6. Báo cáo/Đánh giá- Báo cáo tiến độ/kết quả cho quản lý trực tiếp hàng tuần.- Đưa ra vấn đề/giải pháp nhằm đảm bảo kế hoạch đạt tiến độ đề ra7. Phát triển- Nghiên cứu, đánh giá thị trường ngành hàng nhằm đưa ra đề xuất về sản phẩm, cơ chế, chiến lược, quy trình...với mục tiêu duy trì và phát triển doanh thu về mặt lâu dài.8. Nhiệm vụ chung- Đóng góp giá trị cá nhân vô mục tiêu chung của công ty

- Thực hiện công tác chuyên môn thuộc lĩnh vực thẩm định giá.- Kiểm soát hồ sơ thẩm định giá theo hạn mức/ trách nhiệm được phân công.- Phê duyệt, giám sát về chất lượng của các chứng thư, báo cáo thẩm định giá.

- Tham mưu cho Ban Lãnh đạo về quy mô, quy trình tuyển dụng phù hợp với thực tế - Tham gia xây dựng các hệ thống, quy trình, tiêu chuẩn trong việc tuyển dụng - Lên kế hoạch cụ thể và triển khai công tác tuyển dụng: Đăng tuyển, tìm kiếm, khai thác hồ sơ ứng viên. - Tuyển dụng đa dạng các vị trí như Sale, Marketing, Kĩ thuật, Thi công..... - Tham gia phỏng vấn tuyển dụng, đánh giá ứng viên cũng như tương tác, trao đổi, đàm phán các vấn đề liên quan với ứng viên. - Theo dõi, hỗ trợ và có ý kiến đánh giá nhân viên trong thời gian thử việc. - Báo cáo theo quy định

- Sắp xếp, lưu giữ các chứng từ nội bộ một cách an toàn, đảm bảo tính khoa học, có thể tìm kiếm dễ dàng khi cần.- Phát hành và kiểm tra tính hợp pháp, hợp lệ của các chứng từ nội bộ.- Hạch toán theo đúng quy định các chứng từ nội bộ.- Kiểm soát kho hàng trên chứng từ. - Phối hợp với các kế toán khác trong công việc.- Lập báo cáo và nộp lên cấp trên định kỳ theo quý, tháng, tuần hoặc đôi khi là đột xuất.- Thống kê, phân tích, xử lý số liệu về tình hình hoạt động kinh doanh của công ty. - Tính toán kết quả kinh doanh thực tế của công ty vào cuối kỳ hoặc khi được yêu cầu.

- Phân tích user stories/use case và yêu cầu nghiệp vụ để lên kế hoạch kiểm thử- Viết test case và xác định rõ ràng scope test, kế hoạch kiểm thử- Thực thi tất cả các level kiểm thử (hệ thống, tích hợp và kiểm thử hồi quy)- Phát hiện kiểm soát, đánh giá và xử lý các bug phát sinh- Áp dụng những nguyên tắc quản lý chất lượng qua vòng đời phát triển sản phẩm của Agile- Thực hiện kiểm thử phần mềm trên Web, Mobile, Backend, Frontend- Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác của công ty để đảm bảo chất lượng dự án- Quản lý và phân tích kết quả test, báo cáo kết quả test.

Quản lý và vận hành tòa nhà:Đảm bảo hoạt động hàng ngày của tòa nhà diễn ra trơn tru, bao gồm quản lý hệ thống kỹ thuật, vệ sinh, bảo vệ và các dịch vụ tiện ích khác.Phối hợp với các nhà thầu dịch vụ như bảo vệ, vệ sinh, cây xanh, bảo trì, đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn vận hành.Giám sát, đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định pháp luật liên quan đến vận hành tòa nhà, đặc biệt là các yêu cầu về an toàn và phòng cháy chữa cháy (PCCC).2. Quản lý tài sản và kỹ thuật:Kiểm tra và bảo dưỡng định kỳ hệ thống kỹ thuật của tòa nhà (điện, nước, điều hòa, thang máy,...).Phát hiện và xử lý các sự cố nhanh chóng, đảm bảo tối ưu hóa hiệu quả sử dụng thiết bị.Lập kế hoạch sửa chữa và bảo trì dài hạn, kiểm soát chất lượng thi công khi thực hiện các công việc cải tạo hoặc sửa chữa.3. Chăm sóc khách thuê:Là đầu mối liên hệ để tiếp nhận và xử lý các yêu cầu, ý kiến hoặc khiếu nại từ khách thuê một cách kịp thời, chuyên nghiệp.Hỗ trợ khách thuê về các vấn đề liên quan đến dịch vụ tòa nhà.4. Quản lý tài chính:Lập kế hoạch và quản lý ngân sách vận hành tòa nhà, đảm bảo hiệu quả chi tiêu.Theo dõi công nợ và phối hợp với bộ phận kế toán để thu hồi công nợ đúng hạn.Đề xuất các biện pháp tiết kiệm chi phí vận hành.5. Kế hoạch bán hàng và khai thác tòa nhà:Phối hợp với bộ phận kinh doanh để xây dựng kế hoạch khai thác và bán hàng, tối ưu hóa tỷ lệ lấp đầy các không gian văn phòng.Xây dựng và đề xuất các chương trình khuyến mãi, ưu đãi phù hợp để thu hút khách thuê mới và giữ chân khách thuê cũ.Tìm kiếm, kết nối với khách hàng tiềm năng và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với các đối tác, khách hàng.Theo dõi và phân tích dữ liệu kinh doanh để đề xuất các chiến lược cải thiện doanh thu.6. Báo cáo và lập kế hoạch:Chuẩn bị và nộp các báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình hoạt động của tòa nhà, bao gồm cả báo cáo tài chính, kỹ thuật, nhân sự và bán hàng.Xây dựng kế hoạch dài hạn nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ và tối ưu hóa hiệu quả vận hành tòa nhà.

- Tiếp nhận bản vẽ và chỉ đạo triển khai công nghệ sản xuất xuống các Tổ sản xuất;

- Lập kế hoạch sản xuất;

- Theo dõi sản lượng, tiến độ sản xuất, tình hình cung cấp sản phẩm;

- Theo dõi, đánh giá hiệu suất sử dụng dây chuyền thiết bị trong Xưởng;

- Kiểm soát vật tư, NVL tiêu hao;

- Xây dựng, tính toán định mức, chỉ tiêu kỹ thuật cho các chủng loại sản phẩm, kiểm soát các toàn bộ các chỉ tiêu kỹ thuật trước khi đi vào sản xuất;

- Xây dựng, duy trì việc thực hiện các quy trình công nghệ trong sản xuất loạt, bảo trì, bảo dưỡng thiết bị;

- Quản lý đội ngũ lao động của Xưởng Sản xuất; phân công công việc và giám sát hiệu quả công việc của Xưởng;

- Quản lý, giám sát công tác vận hành máy móc (máy CNC, máy mài, máy phay, máy tiện,...);
