Responsibilities:  Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, define, and document their needs and objectives. Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and use cases. Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions. Documentation & Communication: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and other relevant artifacts. Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding throughout the project lifecycle. Solution Design & Technical Understanding: Possess a solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Leverage your AWS experience to understand and articulate requirements related to cloud-based solutions, infrastructure, and services. Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective maintenance, functionality, and integrity of all CCTV network infrastructures across all Grand Ho Tram properties.
• Engineering, implementing and monitoring security measures to protect surveillance systems, networks, applications, and information.
• Assists with development of organizational policies, procedures, and best practices supporting information security and compliance initiatives.
• Monitors, reviews, and analyzes log and alert data from company systems, network, and security devices for potential security and compliance events.
