MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Xây dựng tiêu chuẩn làm việc cho nhân viên bộ phận
• Tham gia việc xây dựng các tiêu chuẩn, quy trình làm việc cụ thể cho mỗi vị trí công việc trong bộ phận.
• Thực hiện các điều chỉnh, thay đổi về tiêu chuẩn làm việc cho nhân viên theo những định hướng mới của khách sạn..
2.Quản lý, điều phối các hoạt động của bộ phận
• Lập kế hoạch thực hiện các nhiệm vụ của bộ phận, triển khai – giám sát việc thực hiện kế hoạch hoàn thành đúng tiến bộ.
• Thường xuyên kiểm tra quá trình làm việc của nhân viên để đảm bảo đáp ứng được các tiêu chuẩn về chất lượng phục vụ, chất lượng vệ sinh trong phòng khách, phòng hội nghị, nhà hàng, khu vực công cộng… của khách sạn.
• Phối hợp với giám sát buồng phòng lên lịch làm việc cho nhân viên và thực hiện việc điều phối nhân sự phù hợp với nhu cầu thực tế.
• Kiểm soát quy trình xử lý đồ thất lạc của khách.
3. Giải quyết các yêu cầu, phàn nàn của khách hàng
• Hỗ trợ nhân viên trong bộ phận giải quyết những yêu cầu khó, những phàn nàn của khách mà nhân viên cấp dưới không xử lý được.
• Triển khai phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan đáp ứng tốt nhất những yêu cầu của khách, giải quyết nhanh những điều khách phàn nàn để khách không có những ấn tượng không tốt về khách sạn.
• Lưu lại nội dung những yêu cầu, phàn nàn khó của khách và hướng dẫn nhân viên cách xử lý khi gặp tình huống tương tự.
4. Tuyển chọn nhân sự cho bộ phận
• Lên kế hoạch tuyển chọn nhân sự và phối hợp với bộ phận liên quan triển khai thực hiện.
• Chọn lựa những nhân viên có năng lực của bộ phận đảm nhận những vị trí cao hơn, đảm bảo đáp ứng được yêu cầu công việc.
5. Đào tạo, bồi dưỡng nhân viên
• Thiết lập chương trình đào tạo, bồi dưỡng nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên.
• Lên kế hoạch, tổ chức triển khai các khóa bồi dưỡng nâng cao nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên trong bộ phận và đảm bảo tính hiệu quả các khóa
• Trực tiếp đào tạo hoặc phân công đào tạo nhân viên mới.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• Độ tuổi 25-33 tuổi. Có tối thiểu 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực khách sạn
Biết sử dụng máy tính
• Quản lý và điều phối nhân sự tốt
• Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, xử lý và phân tích số liệu, đàm phán & xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt.
• Có kỹ năng quản trị xung đột, tư duy quản trị và năng lực giải trình

• Chi nhánh Đà Nẵng: 204 Phạm Văn Đồng, TP Đà Nẵng
• Chi nhánh Đà Nẵng: 436 đường 2/9, TP Đà Nẵng

THỜI GIAN LÀM VIỆC:
• Toàn thời gian (xoay ca linh hoạt). Sắp xếp theo tình hình thực tế tại chi nhánh.
• Thông thường: Từ T2-T6: làm 5 tiếng/ngày; T7 và CN: làm 9-10 tiếng/ ngày
